We would like to take this opportunity to remind all those within our wonderfully diverse community that The Proud Marys support equality for all.
Today's ruling on the definition of a woman has understandably created upset, distress and anger amongst our trans community and allies and we, as always, stand by our trans community because without them our choir would be missing an integral part of our identity as an LGBTQ+ Choir.
Our message to you as a choir through our songs will always be "We're Proud to Perform and we are Proud of everyone in our Community"

We enjoyed a impromptu performance at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre today after the rain and wind made us unable to sing on the Chester Rows. Nevertheless the weather couldn't dampen our spirits and we still brought the festive spirit to the shoppers of Chester.
