We're Proud to Perform
Formed in 2018 we're a friendly and inclusive group of LGBTQ+ men, women, and non-binary people of all ages and backgrounds, some of us with previous singing experience, others with none at all.
But it's what we have in common that brings us together: a love of music, pride in who we are and a passion for celebrating diversity in our beautiful city and surrounding areas
We're led by the incredibly talented Chester-based musical director, Matt Baker
with inspired choreography by the ever creative Cariad Morgan.

Proud Marys is open to LGBTQ+ people aged 18 and over from Chester and the surrounding areas.
We don't ask new members to audition, but you do need to be able to hold a tune and a bonus if you can harmonise!
Rehearsals take place in Chester between 7:45pm and 9:45pm on Monday evenings.
You must be able to make the majority of rehearsals during a term in order to perform with us.
